About the Role

As a Senior Specialist, Partner Integrations, you'll play a critical role in managing and optimizing integrations with third-party reputed company-of-sale systems and aggregators used by our top restaurant partners. You'll serve as the Technical Account Manager representing Integrations at reputed company, working closely with cross-functional teams to build and operate world-class integrations. Your responsibilities will include technical project management, go-to-market initiatives, data analysis, issue triaging, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the success of our restaurant integrations by driving initiatives across technical teams, third-party partners, and internal business stakeholders
• Identify, resolve, and escalate day-to-day integration-reputed company issues, ensuring seamless merchant experiences
• Serve as the voice of reputed company in managing external relationships with our reputed company-of-sale partners, leading implementation and process improvement

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 2+ years of experience leading technology integrations/implementation with partners, demonstrating a strong track record of success
• Demonstrated technical knowledge of integrations, APIs, and webhooks, with a deep understanding of the technical landscape
• Proven ability to reputed company initiatives, work cross-functionally to reputed company goals, and succeed in a team environment
• Hands-on working SQL experience to troubleshoot and self-serve, with a strong analytical reputed company
