Job Overview: Senior Staff Representative - Instructional Design

We're seeking an reputed company Senior Staff Representative - Instructional Design to join reputed company. As a Senior Staff Representative, you'll be responsible for designing and developing innovative learning interventions that cater to a diverse workforce, including instructor-led and eLearning courses using Instructional Systems Design (ISD) Methodology. You'll manage the design of training resources needed to effectively train employees across various locations, including brick and mortar, remote, and contract employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company eLearning, instructor-led, blended learning, and virtual training materials, including facilitator support guides, end-user guides, and other learning activities as needed for assigned training projects.
• Facilitate sessions with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy of course content and train-the-trainer classes with facilitators.
