About the Role

Your role will be to assist with inquiries reputed company to pharmacy benefit plans, prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling a variety of call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from members and clients, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries
- Offer personalized support, demonstrating reputed company and patience in your interactions

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of experience in a customer-facing environment, such as a call center, retail, or hospitality setting
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications and a strong technical foundation
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience

Compensation and Pay Range
