We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Remote Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch telephone assistance to blithequark members and providers. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from members and providers, addressing inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, and other reputed company topics.
• Provide accurate and timely information, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Utilize our systems and tools to access member information, process requests, and document interactions.
• Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency, meeting performance standards and call quality goals.
• Demonstrate self-sufficiency and independence while working remotely, with minimal supervision.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with members and providers.
• Strong customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional experiences.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a call center environment, preferably in a remote setting.
