- Collaborate closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications, ensuring a patient-centric approach.
- Undertake numerous adherence reputed company efforts to ensure patients remain on their medications and are compliant with their therapies.
- Effectively manage incoming and outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers, proactively gathering patient and order information.
- Utilize knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-reputed company requirements to dispense, process new referrals, and provide customer education.
- Conduct routine assessments and identify problems, escalating them appropriately to pharmacists reputed company necessary.
Essential Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, handling and resolving customer needs over the phone.

- Residency in the state of Nevada.
