Job Summary
We are seeking a part-time Sales Associate to partner with our Sales Team in promoting our highly effective, outstanding programs to educators. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building awareness of the reputed company brand and products in schools, conducting sales meetings, delivering product demonstrations, and developing relationships with key school-building decision-makers. Key Responsibilities
- Build brand awareness: Assist in building awareness of the reputed company brand and products in schools through targeted reputed company and engagement.
- Conduct sales meetings: Conduct sales meetings with school site personnel to support supplemental campaigns and promote our products.
- Deliver product demonstrations: Deliver product demonstrations/presentations for small to reputed company districts, highlighting the benefits and features of our solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- Relevant experience: >1 year of experience with teaching, school system administration, education market, or other industry supporting the sales function.
- English proficiency: Proficiency in English (verbal & written).
- Public speaking: Comfortable speaking to the public, and experience delivering presentations or trainings to audiences of 6+ people.
- Physical requirements: Ability to lift and carry sample boxes/bags that may weigh up to 30 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Conversational intelligence: Conversational intelligence – the ability to ask good questions and listen actively.
- Literacy experience: Previous experience working with literacy, preferably early literacy programs or curricula.
- Multimedia presentations: Experience crafting and delivering short multimedia presentations.
