Job Summary

We're looking for a seasoned Sales Director - Components to reputed company our sales efforts and drive business growth. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing new production programs, identifying and qualifying new opportunities, and closing deals that align with our strategic plans and profitability goals. You will also maintain a deep understanding of our customers' businesses, reputed company business proposals, and negotiate supply agreements.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

Education

A Bachelor's Degree is required, with a technical degree preferred.

Experience

  • 5+ years of CDMO sales/sales management experience with medical devices
  • Direct prior experience and relationships reputed company the assigned customer accounts
  • Demonstrated success in previous sales roles, indicating a high level of sales performance

Skills and Competencies

  • Fluent English communication skills, written and oral
