Job Summary
As a Sales Capabilities Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for our Sales Merchandisers and Sales Merchandising Supervisors. Your goal will be to ensure that these teams have the necessary skills, knowledge, and competencies to reputed company in their roles and drive business results. You will work closely with our sales leaders and teams to identify training needs, reputed company training content, and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver onboarding and training programs for Sales Merchandisers and Sales Merchandising Supervisors, including classroom training, one-on-one training, and field-based training
- reputed company and implement reputed company development programs for Sales Merchandisers and Sales Merchandising Supervisors
- Assist with retention and growth of employees reputed company sales organizations
- Collaborate with sales leaders to identify training needs and reputed company training content
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and reputed company recommendations for improvement
- Assist with creation and monitoring of sales metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed as a Sales Capabilities Trainer, you will need:
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Proven leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to work with and reputed company newly hired and newly promoted employees
- Strong understanding of Coke Florida's Merchandising Tools and Processes
- Subject matter expertise in the field role and customer collaboration process
- Ability to exhibit and teach how to build strong Customer relationships
- Driving record with no major moving violations in the last 3 years
- Ability to travel reputed company assigned geography and reputed company of that geography as needed (50-75% travel)
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, including reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Ability to learn multiple technology platforms for sales reporting and order writing functionality
