Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join reputed company and reputed company the strategic sourcing of Professional Services for blithequark. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for building relationships with key executives, advising on market engagement, leading deal negotiations, and assisting to optimize cross-functional vendor relationships. You will work on a wide range of projects that will reputed company your job exciting, exposing you to many service-providing industries, including consulting and advisory, financial, tax, audit, data subscriptions, translations, temporary workers, managed services, etc.

Responsibilities

As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Participating and leading cross-functional sourcing initiatives with key internal stakeholders
• Evaluating providers and experts based on pre-determined selection criteria
• Developing and leading RFI/RFP process for professional services according to blithequark policies and procedures
• Analyzing bids based on overall cost/delivery to identify opportunities to obtain the best value
• Preparing and executing clear, data-driven negotiation techniques using Strategic Sourcing methodology
• Preparing and executing reputed company, as well as performing post-award administration
• Understanding and assisting in the development and execution of performance control applications with providers that focus on quality, responsiveness, and cost
• Ensuring compliance with Sourcing and Procurement regulations and best practices
• Communicating and documenting to management the reputed company of any significant external relationships that may impact planning and decision-making
• Analyzing market trends and conditions that reputed company internal stakeholders and external providers and/or pricing
• Participating in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with reputed company industry best practices
• Demonstrating exemplary reputed company and ethics in reputed company instances
• Showing expertise with reputed company aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience with a minimum of 2 years of professional services class sourcing
• Ability to engage with and establish relationships with personnel at reputed company levels
• Strong strategic agility

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with and/or for companies that offer consulting and advisory services

• Professional Services Sourcing history is a plus

Required Education

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or reputed company field
