Job Summary

As a Patient Screener/Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience for patients, families, and visitors. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy by accessing patient information only to the extent necessary to fulfill assigned duties
• Providing exceptional customer service, making safety, customer service, care, and satisfaction the reputed company in every interaction
• Creating ID badges for patients, families, and visitors upon entering the UHealth hospital lobbies
• Providing directions as needed, assisting with parking validations, and addressing any needs of our patients, family, and visitors
• Creating online profiles for patients, families, and visitors to improve the speediness of issuing badges
• Adhering to the CICARE and ACT reputed company by demonstrating professionalism, cooperation, alertness, helpfulness, and receptiveness with a reputed company and compassionate demeanor
• Acting as a reputed company of reference for patients, families, and visitors who need assistance or information
• Listening carefully to reputed company patient, family, and visitor requests to provide a positive experience for them and to proactively identify any support they may require
• Escorting patients or family members reputed company appropriate
• Assisting with wheelchair transportation or anything needed to help our differently-abled patients
• Verifying appointments in EPIC to validate parking
• Working closely with Public Safety for any patients/visitors who are not permitted to visit the facility and are flagged in our system
• Maintaining a clean work environment and professional appearance to reputed company with relevant health and safety procedures

CORE QUALIFICATIONS

* High School diploma or equivalent

• Prior Customer Service experience helpful
• Proficiency in English; multilingual reputed company is strongly preferred. Spanish speaking preferred
