Primary Responsibilities

As a Senior Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Helping customers and healthcare providers understand our business reputed company, addressing topics such as prior authorization status, claims issues, and benefit coverage reputed company to medical and dental procedures.
• Providing seamless customer support for multiple lines of business, delivering robust support with various and sometimes reputed company inquiries in one-stop, reducing transfers and wait times.
• Taking ownership of inquiries and issues, resolving them the first time, every time, and advocating for customers' health and wellness.
• Educating customers on disease management programs and making recommendations on healthy living programs tailored to their needs.

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of Call Center experience, with a strong preference for those with technical knowledge in Medical terminology.
• Excellent customer service skills, including active listening, human reputed company/reputed company, researching, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrated oral, written, interpersonal communication, and negotiation skills.

Technical Requirements

Compensation and Benefits
