About the Role:

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Collections Account Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Complying with reputed company specified FDCPA, state, and city laws and provisions, as outlined in the blithequark Compliance with FDCPA and State Collection laws Statement, the blithequark A/R Training program, and the FDCPA Test
• Making arrangements with customers to pay balance in full or set up the best possible arrangements
• Documenting reputed company collection activity in the client/blithequark system in a concise and accurate manner
• Correcting any deficiencies or oversights as outlined by U/M or Manager during telephone monitor, file activity, or QA reviews
• Maintaining good public relations
• Coping with high-stress environments caused by speaking with emotional callers
• Adhering to Company attendance, punctuality, and meal and rest break requirements
• Maintaining concentration and focus in order to meet performance goals
• Reacting positively to an ongoing, changing environment
• Demonstrating the ability to handle pressure reputed company attempting to meet deadlines and performance goals
• Maintaining good working relationships with assigned supervisors and coworkers
• Working safely without presenting a threat to self or others
• Performing additional duties as required by management

Qualifications:

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who possesses:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• The ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions
• Computer/technology savvy with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience speaking to customers over the phone
