As a Client Customer Service Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive world-class support and service, empowering them to focus on what matters most – delivering exceptional patient care.

Job Description

As a Client Customer Service Support Representative, you'll join our Contact Center team for Client AR & Customer Service in RCM. You'll work closely with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers to address their needs accurately and reputed company. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Following approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to update and provide necessary information to resolve denied claims
  • Continuously evaluating reputed company policies and SOPs, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending process enhancements
  • Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Reading and understanding Explanation of Benefits (EOB) or correspondence
  • Documenting reputed company activity reputed company to claims
  • Communicating reputed company telephone with physicians, insurance companies, and patients
  • Utilizing tools to verify eligibility, claim status, and/or obtain reputed company billing information

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A dedicated work-from-home space
  • The ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity
  • Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus

Technical Requirements

To ensure seamless communication and data exchange, you'll need:

  • Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second
  • No satellite internet
  • The ability to connect equipment to a router/modem using an Ethernet cord (no Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspots with Ethernet ports)

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.25 - $21.00. reputed company job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. Regular, full-time or part-time employees working 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits, including:

  • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(K), ESPP, Paid time off (PTO) or Flexible time off (FTO), Commissions, and Company bonus where applicable

Schedule

The schedule for this position is Monday-Thursday, 9 AM to 6 PM EST, and Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST.
