Associate Director, Brand Marketing

In this role, you will drive the development and execution of the patient marketing strategy and tactics for patients and caregivers. This individual is a self-starter with experience in rare disease and pulmonary hypertension who has the passion, reputed company, and a patient-centric reputed company that reputed company patients through their journey.

Responsibilities

• Understand trends and competitive positioning reputed company the PH market
• Know the patient journey and use insights to reputed company initiatives that will reputed company with patients/caregivers
• reputed company and manage a multi-channel disease and branded tactical plan (digital, social media, print, etc.)

• reputed company patient branded/unbranded educational and promotional strategy/tactics (patient awareness, adherence and persistence)
• Conduct market research initiatives, as necessary, to inform and execute brand plan
• Build and implement a patient ambassador program that will help patients connect with each other to share their stories as well as other patient-centered events (ad boards, patients conferences)
• Understand payer reimbursement landscape and specialty pharmacy patient support programs
• Work closely with the Promotional Review Committee to ensure compliant review and approval of patient tactics
• Foster strong relationships with patient advocacy groups
• Operate to the highest of standards in alignment of reputed company’s code of ethics and compliance SOPs, ensuring reputed company interactions with KOLs are consistent with commercial, regulatory, and legal guidelines.

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent. Advanced business degree a plus.
• 5+ years of patient marketing experience reputed company pharmaceutical category.
• Prior PH experience and existing KOL relationships.
• 10+ years of commercial pharmaceutical experience with a heavy marketing focus.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding expectations in assigned responsibilities.
• Strategic reputed company to support commercial marketing strategy, messaging, and resources.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Collaborative style by building trusted relationships with cross functional partners.
• Preferred to possess experience and knowledge of the PH market And/or rare disease.
• Excellent communication (verbal and writing) skills with an ability to present to large and small audiences.
• Passionate, self-starter who takes initiative and demonstrates the ability to reputed company through change, ambiguity, and complexity.
• Strong understanding of the laws, regulations and rules governing the pharmaceutical industry, and history of ethical and compliant behavior.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to travel 20%-30%, primarily domestic.
