Position Summary

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Call Center Agents to join our customer relations team. As a remote agent, you will be responsible for responding to customer calls, emails, chats, and letters in a professional and courteous manner. Your goal will be to delight our valuable pharmacy customers by providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns. This is a full-time opportunity that requires flexibility in your work schedule, including availability to work both Saturday and Sunday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, chat, and letter, providing exceptional customer service and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Serve as a customer reputed company, researching and interpreting company procedures and policies to ensure that customers receive accurate and helpful information.
• Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns and improve overall customer experience.
• Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with customers, providing clear and concise information about our products and services.
• Work effectively in a remote environment, using technology and tools to manage and prioritize tasks, and maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills, and stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 consecutive year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills, with the ability to reputed company program details to customers over the telephone and in writing.
• Strong PC skills, with proficiency in reputed company Windows-based applications and MS Office.
• Flexibility in work schedule, with the ability to complete a paid company training program.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish (strongly preferred).
