Job Summary

As a Customer Relations Call Center Agent, you will serve as a customer reputed company, responding to customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing solutions that delight our customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer calls, emails, and letters in a timely and professional manner, upholding blithequark's purpose and values.
• Serve as a customer reputed company, researching, responding, or interpreting company procedures or policies to resolve customer concerns.
• Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner.
• Review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, and respond to customers either on the phone or reputed company written communications.
• Utilize strong PC skills, toggling between different applications, and demonstrate proficiency in reputed company (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 consecutive year of experience in customer service.
