Job Summary
As an reputed company Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless travel experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for handling phone calls, chat messages, emails, and voicemails reputed company to reputed company travel issues. Your expertise in customer service, reputed company travel, and the Sabre airline reservation system will reputed company you to resolve reputed company issues reputed company and provide exceptional support to our guests and travel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, chat messages, emails, and voicemails reputed company to reputed company travel issues, providing accurate and reputed company responses.
- Amend major schedule changes, reputed company ticketing activities (issuance, refunds, exchanges, etc.), and track and fix incomplete Passenger Name Records (PNR).

- Assign ancillary services to guests reputed company requested and process guest entertainment, crew executive travel, VIP requests.

Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Experience in the travel and hospitality industry and in a high-volume call center is highly desirable.

Compensation
The reputed company hourly range for this position is $15.91 to $21.49, depending on qualifications and experience.
