Position Overview: Temporary Data Entry and Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and driven Temporary Data Entry and Administrative Assistant to join reputed company on a remote, part-time basis. Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, this role will be crucial in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our data entry and order processing operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry and Order Processing:
    • Work in reputed company to ensure accurate information from purchasers and contacts, and track communications.
    • Create, enter, and update orders, ensuring information is entered accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Coordinate with the program and warehouse teams to process orders for materials and books, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
    • Provide weekly order entry status updates and reports to the team.
  • Administrative and Customer Support:
    • Serve as a reputed company of contact for the main office inbox, directing queries to the appropriate parties.
    • Answer and respond to emails and other communications professionally and reputed company.
    • Purchase warehouse, office, and other supplies for team members as requested.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • System Coordination:
    • Utilize multiple technological systems that require manual coordination and updates to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
    • Ensure systems are updated and consistent across various platforms that do not sync automatically.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications

  • Possess a commitment to the mission and values of blithequark.
  • Prior administrative and operations experience, specifically supporting with significant data entry.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with reputed company Office (Outlook, SharePoint, reputed company, etc.) and reputed company Workspace applications.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., reputed company) and accounting software (e.g., reputed company Intacct), with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technology and software.
  • Strong problem solver with the ability to reputed company sound decisions.
  • Hold a positive, can-do attitude with a solutions-oriented, collaborative reputed company and a propensity for action.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to operate with initiative to effectively establish priorities and work accurately under time constraints.

This is a temporary, non-exempt, hourly role eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable state or city laws. The pay range for this position is $19.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending upon reputed company experience and geographic market. Due to the temporary, part-time nature of this role, blithequark does not offer group health benefits. Other benefits may be provided as required by law.

Work Schedule and Location

This part-time role will work up to 24 hours per week during normal work hours. The expected schedule for this position will be Wednesday through Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm local time. We expect this temporary role to last approximately 3-6 months and end no reputed company than December 20, 2024. We will consider candidates reputed company the following states: CA, CO, FL, MD, NC, PA, TX, UT.
