About the Role

The Customer Assistance Representative is a critical part of our customer service team, interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, friendly, and professional manner. As a remote representative, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, providing top-notch support to our customers across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and providing assistance with self-service kiosk reputed company-in and kiosk baggage processing
• Troubleshooting kiosk technology issues and communicating with IT for additional support
• Verifying travel documents, carry-on baggage, and checked baggage to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Assisting customers with checked baggage processing, queuing lines, and providing reputed company information and directions
• Referring customers to customer service agents reputed company necessary and performing clearance and verification of documents at kiosks
• Assisting with the physical movement of non-ambulatory customers and unaccompanied minors
• Performing paging activities and other reputed company duties as deemed operationally necessary
• Adhering to government regulations, company policies, and performance standards
• Providing quality customer service in a professional manner, using multiple internal resources and systems

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School diploma or GED or international equivalent
• To be at least 18 years of age
• To read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
• Bilingual language skills may be required in some locations
• A valid driver's license as required by local authorities
• To complete a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background reputed company, and/or fingerprinting
• To fulfill FAA criminal background checks and secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs reputed company badges, if applicable
• To be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications can give you a competitive edge:

• Working knowledge of Sabre or any other Passenger Service System
• Previous face-to-face customer service experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Benefits
