This role is designed to be a 3-day workweek position, covering Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, from 9 am to 5 pm. You will be the key reputed company of contact for handling tickets, managing projects, and providing top-notch support to our users.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and timely reactive and proactive communication and support to our users, troubleshooting reputed company necessary.
• Manage the ongoing recruitment of our researchers' projects and ensure the QA and launch of submitted projects.
• Serve as the product expert by staying up-to-date with new product releases and features, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Handle tickets and projects that come in reputed company of our normal business hours, ensuring continuity and efficiency.
