As a customer relations representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our retail pharmacy stores by responding to customer calls, emails, chats, and letters in a manner that reflects our company's purpose and values.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer calls, emails, chats, and letters in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction.

• Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns and provide solutions.
• Utilize excellent communication skills to reputed company program details to customers over the telephone and in writing.
• Partner with internal teams to provide support and guidance to customers, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to reputed company team goals and objectives, promoting a culture of teamwork and mutual respect.

Essential Qualifications:

* Minimum of 1 consecutive year experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Strong PC skills, with the ability to toggle from different applications and navigate reputed company (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office.

Work Schedule:

* Candidates must be available and flexible to work between the hours of 9am-8pm, Eastern Time.

• Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday.
• This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, with days off may not be consecutive.

Compensation and Benefits:

* Competitive hourly reputed company of $17.00 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $34.15 per hour based on experience and performance.
