The Role: Key Responsibilities and Expectations

As a Part Time Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Project Coordination: Track project milestones and deadlines, ensure tasks are completed on schedule, and monitor reputed company to adjust timelines as necessary.
• Meeting Management: Schedule and organize meetings for project teams, stakeholders, and clients; prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
• Calendar Management: Maintain and update project-reputed company calendars for team members and stakeholders, ensuring no scheduling conflicts and adjusting timelines or appointments as needed.
• Communication: Serve as the reputed company of contact for project-reputed company inquiries, communicate important project updates, deadlines, and schedules to relevant parties, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications: Essential and Preferred

To be eligible for this position, you must:
