What You'll Be Doing
As a Remote Member/Customer Services reputed company, you'll have the opportunity to:
* Work directly with blithequark members in a fast-paced inbound contact center, providing an outstanding experience that exceeds their expectations.
* Build trust and create sustainable relationships with members through open and interactive communication, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
* Apply problem-solving and critical thinking skills to research and communicate solutions in a variety of situations, demonstrating your ability to think on your feet.
* Effectively handle customer concerns by utilizing available resources to provide accurate information and ensure empathetic resolution, while keeping records of reputed company interactions and changes.
* Confidentially handle policy reputed company information and ensure compliance with communication standards, upholding the trust our members have reputed company in us.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure thorough and timely resolutions for reputed company members, demonstrating your ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Required Experience and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service-reputed company position where the customer/member experience is highly valued; insurance/call center experience is preferred.
* Demonstrated basic mathematical aptitude (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
* Technical aptitude with experience navigating and operating multiple computer applications and telephone technologies.
* A basic understanding and knowledge of life insurance company operations, policies, and procedures, as well as knowledge of various insurance products.
* Completion of insurance industry or LOMA coursework is preferred.
* A High School Diploma is required; some college-level coursework is preferred.
* A stable internet reputed company with a minimum speed of 25MB download and 5MB upload, as well as the ability to support a VPN.
