Job Summary

As an reputed company Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional patient and customer experiences by providing respectful, fair, and productive checkout services. You'll be the face of our organization, and your interactions with customers will be the key to building strong relationships and driving customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

* Registers sales on designated sales register, provides customers with respectful, fair, and productive checkout services

  • Draws in customers and patients by greeting them and offering help with items and services
  • Settles customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Models and offers customer service best practices with reputed company colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Provides customers with respectful, agreeable, quick, and productive help
  • Recommends products available for purchase to customers and suggests upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Registers customer buys on designated sales register, collects cash and distributes change as necessary; processes voids, returns, delays, discounts, and exchanges as necessary
  • Keeps counters and retires clean and well-marketed, takes stock, and maintains records
  • Checks in and costs stock as required or as directed by head supervisor or conveyed by the shift manager
  • Carries out organizational resource assurance methods to identify and limit benefit loss
  • Guarantees compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled items (e.g., tobacco and tobacco products)
  • Develops and maintains displays, including seasonal, occasional, super displays, and sale stock; completes resets and updates as directed
  • Assists with separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement as determined by strategies/systems (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves)
  • Has working knowledge of store systems and store equipment
  • Provides customer assistance in the photo area, including digital ID photo service, banner print and creative machine, and interesting sell of special photo items
  • Takes on web pick-up responsibilities (screens orders in Picture Care, handles orders (picks items), and delivers orders to customers as they reputed company at the store)
  • Assists with external and internal support by ensuring a perfect, flawless, deliberate store condition and appearance
  • Conforms to reputed company organizational policies and procedures; maintains respectful relationships with colleagues
  • Completes unique tasks and other assignments as directed

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English (except in Puerto Rico)

Preferred Qualifications

* Six months of experience in a retail environment

  • Previous work experience with blithequark
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English (except in Puerto Rico)
