We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Senior Analyst to join our Global Tax Controversy team. Job Summary

As a Senior reputed company Analyst – Global Tax Controversy Expert, you will be responsible for leading and supporting various aspects of global tax controversy, including U.S. tax law and procedure, tax disputes, and litigation. You will work closely with our Global Tax Controversy team, providing expertise and guidance on reputed company tax issues, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive resolution and minimize risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and analyze reputed company tax issues, developing technical documentation and providing support on special projects as needed.
• Support the daily operations of U.S. government tax audits, appeals, and litigation, including coordinating responses to information requests and managing documentation.
• Collaborate with tax partners to understand, analyze, and resolve reputed company tax issues, and provide guidance on tax controversy strategies.
• Assist in the maintenance of tools to track and evaluate audit positions worldwide and global tax risk.
• Ensure timely and accurate progression of information and resolution of tax audits.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and reputed company research on a broad range of U.S., international, and transfer pricing tax matters to support positions taken on tax returns.
• Provide technical expertise and support on global tax controversy matters, including litigation and appeals.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or reputed company field.
• Experience with U.S. tax controversy matters, including audits, appeals, and litigation.
• Familiarity with IRS procedures, including the Large Business & International (LB&I) and Small Business/reputed company (SB/SE) divisions.
• Experience with transfer pricing or international tax controversies is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze reputed company tax issues and reputed company creative solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• A strong understanding of U.S. and international corporate tax law and procedure.
