Job Overview

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our HR Shared Services team as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company HR inquiries, from initial requests to fulfillment. As a reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will work closely with our local and global talent teams to identify solutions and resolve employee issues in a timely manner, leveraging reputed company transactions and data input & accuracy. You will be expected to be independent, proactive, and customer-focused, with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Worker Data Management: Ensure the accuracy of employee data by managing employee structures and processes, and performing regular audits to guarantee data reputed company and functionality.

Essential Qualifications
