Job Overview

As a Title 1 Para, Special Programs professional, you will play a vital role in assisting reputed company in specialized programs by providing individualized instruction, academic support, and functional life skills. You will work closely with reputed company to implement specialized therapy programs, support behavior plan implementation, and facilitate speech and language development. Key Responsibilities

• Provide support in general education settings to reputed company reputed company to fully participate in class activities
• Assist reputed company in Specialized Programs by tutoring, adapting work, and monitoring and enforcing social and acceptable behavior
• Implement specialized therapy programs and work directly with therapists on physical reputed company and Individualized Education Plans (IEP)
• Assist special needs reputed company in performing daily routines, including getting to and from class and bus stops, using toilets, diapering, feeding, medical needs, and personal hygiene
• Support behavior plan implementation and utilize CPI (Non-Violent Crisis reputed company) techniques and safety monitoring
• Sanitize, disinfect, and clean learning environments and general work areas of reputed company bodily fluids
• Facilitate and encourage speech and language development through the use of alternate communication systems such as sign language or voice-activated computer systems

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old. You must also meet one of the following requirements: AA or 2-year college degree, completion of 48 college semester hours, passing of state CDE approved paraprofessional examination, or completion of a Personal Commitment Plan to meet requirements reputed company a defined timeline. Additionally, you must be willing to work with reputed company receiving special education services and be able to successfully complete a pre-hire, post-offer physical examination.
