Are you looking for a mid level, contract (3 months with a possibility to reputed company) opportunity to take charge of the entire recruitment process for our dynamic GTM Department? In this role, you’ll be spearheading the search for top talent in Sales, Partnerships, Implementation, and Account Management. From identifying top-notch candidates to conducting engaging interviews, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our high-energy team. What you’ll get to do:

• Sourcing & Candidate reputed company:
• reputed company and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top sales talent, including using social media, job boards, networking, and industry events.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for Sales and Territory Representative roles.
• Utilize tools and platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, and others to proactively identify and engage potential candidates.
• Recruitment Process Management:
• Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, and coordinating interviews.

• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the interview process, including interview preparation and candidate selection.
• Candidate Experience:
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and delivering a seamless interview process.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
• Data & Reporting:
• Track and report on key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (reputed company).
• Offer Management:
• Prepare and reputed company job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the offer acceptance process.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on GTM positions

• Strong understanding of sales and territory management functions

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
