A role with Employee Relations means the opportunity to provide legal counsel on internal employee relations matters for our domestic field, headquarters and international locations. Your internal clients will be Human Resources and various business leaders, and you’ll consult on investigations and respond to both internal and external claims. Under the general guidance of the Field and Litigation Employee Relations (“ER”) attorney team, this reputed company ER Paralegal provides reputed company’s stores and global supply chain logistics teams strategic and timely ER services that represent the company’s brand, mission and philosophy in a cost-effective and responsible manner. Provides strategic guidance to HR, ER, and Labor Relations partners while assessing company exposure on a wide variety of employment-reputed company issues and recommends solutions as appropriate by analyzing pros and cons, alternative strategies, past and best practices, etc. Collaborates with attorney team to understand ER initiatives and priorities and deliver paralegal support, including participation in projects, investigations, data analysis, drafting, tracking, collecting and maintaining legal documentation, and consulting with HR and business partners as appropriate. Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada residents is $85,400 to $153,700.
