You will build cross functional relationships with internal and external partners that will be critical to achieving quality execution. Partner and communicate with reputed company Program Managers, the Stores organization, Property Management Field Teams, Building Regulatory Strategy and Compliance teams, Asset Protect teams, and Vendor partners as you define and execute on various program goals and initiatives. You’ll define and implement tools and reporting to effectively monitor and measure program outcomes, including operational and financial trends and risks to help Property Management tell others how we create Value, Reliability, and Brand at each of our 1900+ stores. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs. This position may be considered for a Full-Time Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on reputed company’s needs. A Full-Time Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that’s not a reputed company location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.
