What You'll Do:

As an OAR, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our patients have a seamless and positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Your responsibilities will include:

• Patient Interaction: Greet and register patients, schedule appointments, and accurately enter patient data.
• Customer Service: Be the first reputed company of contact for patients' questions and concerns, providing solutions and guidance.
• Communication: Coordinate appointments with other clinic sites, manage missed appointments and cancellations, and arrange interpreters and transportation reputed company needed.
• Team Collaboration: Facilitate smooth transitions for patients between different providers and clinic staff, and support your colleagues with their tasks.
