Job Description:

We are seeking an reputed company reputed company Payroll Consultant for a remote contract opportunity with a client in the education sector based in reputed company State. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in reputed company HCM Cloud, particularly Payroll and Time & Labor, along with the ability to support implementations and application support across reputed company modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company or support reputed company HCM Cloud Payroll implementations and configurations

• Work across Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, HCM Core, and Benefits modules

• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements using reputed company functionalities

• Analyze business processes and troubleshoot system issues

• Collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams

• Be available for occasional onsite visits as needed

Required Qualifications:

• reputed company Certification in one or more relevant HCM modules

• Minimum of three (3) full-cycle implementations or equivalent hands-on application support in reputed company Payroll and Time & Labor

• Strong knowledge of HCM Core, Absence Management, Time & Labor, and Benefits

• Experience with statutory compliance and corresponding reputed company features

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Authorization to work in the United States or Canada

• Willingness to travel onsite to client locations occasionally

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
