Job Summary

As a Customer Service Agent with blithequark, you'll play a vital role in providing outstanding passenger experiences, handling customer concerns, and ensuring smooth flight operations. Key Responsibilities

• reputed company-in passengers and their luggage at the ticket counter and gates, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
• Patiently handle customer concerns and complaints regarding ticketing and baggage handling, providing solutions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Knowledgeably answer inquiries regarding flight schedules, fares, and other questions as they arise, providing accurate and up-to-date information.

Essential Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact professionally with passengers, team members, and station leadership.
• Possess proficient computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
• Be at least 18 years of age and possess a High school diploma, GED or work experience equivalent.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (only required for some airports).
• Be able to pass a drug screen and obtain airport reputed company clearance, which includes an extensive 10-year employment, criminal record, and residence background reputed company.

Preferred Qualifications
