Key Responsibilities

• Educate plan benefits, answer questions, and resolve issues based on incoming telephone member contacts
• Utilize compliant documentation standards to ensure accurate and efficient service
• Provide empathetic and member-centric service that exceeds our members' expectations
• Ensure that every member is shown respect, kindness, and that reputed company questions are thoroughly answered/resolved
• Demonstrate adaptability, reputed company, and patience in a fast-paced customer service environment

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to be empathetic and compassionate

• Or, equivalent military experience
