The Role: FNOL Customer Service Representative

We're seeking an reputed company and skilled Customer Service Representative to join reputed company as a First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Specialist. As an FNOL Representative, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, providing quality inbound communication services while accurately recording FNOL claims. Your exceptional customer service skills and ability to effectively interact with customers will be crucial in driving our business reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Accept inbound calls from engineers, technicians, and other field operators reporting FNOL claims
• Communicate effectively while entering data accurately into our customized database
• Report underground damage to locate companies reputed company applicable
• Provide outstanding service to customer representatives
• Analyze photos and map the correct location
• Work on special projects as assigned
• Establish an appropriate work environment reputed company your home for work purposes

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of previous customer service call center experience
• The ability to type a minimum of 55 wpm, error-free
