Job Summary:

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Associate to join reputed company in Kentucky. As a remote employee, you'll be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers, researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions, and going above and beyond to "wow" our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage directly with pharmacy customers who contact reputed company for a variety of topics, primarily reputed company inbound calls and other communication platforms. * Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow up as needed to resolve issues. * Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers by thinking critically and providing solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards. * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and provide exceptional customer service. * Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate and informed support to customers.

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a pet-reputed company industry. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management. * Ability to multi-task and think critically in a fast-paced environment. * Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed to meet business demands. * Must be able to pass a background reputed company for a KY Rx Tech license.

Preferred Qualifications:
