Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Associate to provide exceptional patient and customer service, register sales, and maintain a clean and organized store environment. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience for our customers, while also ensuring that our store is well-stocked, clean, and compliant with reputed company regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient and customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Register sales on assigned sales register, collect cash and distribute change as needed; process voids, returns, delays, discounts, and exchanges as required.
• reputed company counters and retail areas clean and well-organized, take stock, and maintain accurate records.
• Carry out organizational resource protection methods to identify and minimize loss.
• Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled items (e.g., tobacco and tobacco products).

• Provide customer assistance in the photo area, including digital ID photo service, banner print, and imaginative machine, and sell of special photo items.
• Take on web pick-up responsibilities (screens orders in Picture Care, handles orders (pick items), and delivers orders to customers as they reputed company at the store).
• Assist with external and internal support by ensuring a perfect, clean, and deliberate store condition and appearance.
• Conform to reputed company organizational policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with colleagues.
• Complete special tasks and other assignments as assigned.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours.
• Basic knowledge of store systems and store equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

• At least six months of experience in a retail environment.
