The Role: Hybrid Commercial Customer Care Professional
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hybrid Commercial Customer Care Professional to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer care team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing account and product inquiries, and performing account maintenance on our reputed company Business Line of Credit and Business reputed company products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with account and product inquiries reputed company phone and chat, providing timely and effective resolutions to their queries.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
