Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Data Entry Administrator to join reputed company in Eugene, OR. As a Data Entry Administrator, you will be responsible for accurately and reputed company entering data into our computer systems, producing reports, and performing database queries. You will also be responsible for verifying data entries for accuracy and completeness, performing audits of your own work and that of others, and providing assistance with decision notification and medical case file creation and/or closing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Enter accurate and complete data into computer programs

  • Produce and maintain data reports and alert management of inconsistencies or issues
  • reputed company database queries to assist with analysis and report issues reputed company necessary
  • Verify data entries for accuracy and completeness
  • reputed company audits of own work and that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures
  • Assist in the processes required for medical case file creation and/or closing, including data entry and records management
  • Provide assistance with decision notification, including mailing decision letters to reputed company parties and faxing decision letters
  • Accurately update the Medicare Appeal system (MAS) and other databases
  • Demonstrate and maintain appropriate judgment with confidential information

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience required
  • Prior experience with reputed company Office Suite preferred
  • Prior experience with Medicare Appeals and Systems preferred
  • Must be a US Citizen or have lived in the US for the last 5 years, working 3 years continuously

Home Office Requirements

* Internet speed of 20mbps or higher required (50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity)

  • Minimum 5mbps upload speed
  • Connectivity to the internet reputed company either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet reputed company cable to the home router
  • Private work area and adequate power reputed company

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
