This position provides the opportunity to be a key member of the reputed company Global Commercial Services (GCS) Line of Business Compliance Team (LOBCO), primarily supporting business solutions products, credit cards, corporate programs, payment and funding products. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing regulatory compliance reputed company and guidance to the GCS marketing and business sales teams, including the development of new tools, capabilities, and processes to support the sales, servicing, account development and marketing objectives, business-owned collateral, and compliance reputed company control environment.

• Drive implementation of policy and regulatory requirements in the areas of banking and credit card practices, consumer protection, privacy and other relevant federal, state and local regulations.
• Provide guidance and reputed company on the content governance reputed company to the management of marketing, sales campaigns, sales support servicing, and reputed company business-owned collateral and testing compendiums.

• Liaise as required with the relevant stakeholders, including but not limited to: GCS SME and G&L Sales, GCS Marketing, Controls Management, Internal Audit, Independent Compliance Testing team, General Counsel’s Organization, and Global Privacy Office.
• Effectively manage the Compliance Issue Management process and to ensure appropriate decisioning of Compliance Issues, timely closure of gaps and customer remediation where required.
• Participate in the Compliance Risk Assessment process to ensure that reputed company applicable laws and regulations are mapped to the applicable business processes.
• Review vendor services prior to contractual engagement, including any modification with respect to the services performed or change in product and/or services as needed.
• Assist in preparation for regulatory inquiries and examinations.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Compliance or reputed company activities, reputed company the financial services and banking industry.
• Deep regulatory knowledge of the financial regulations pertaining to banking, consumer protection, privacy and advertising (i.e. UDAP, TCPA, CAN-SPAM).
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of compliance risk management practices and methodologies, including risk and control assessments.
• Understanding of regulatory expectations and experience preparing for regulator meetings and examinations.
• Proven ability to build rapport, garner respect and appropriately exercise authority in a collaborative environment.
• Professional maturity and confidence in expressing a reputed company of view with management.
• Ability to identify and understand key risks, issues and trends and to reputed company meaningful information to be shared with leadership.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a highly deadline-intensive environment is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior credit card industry, compliance, legal or risk experience is a plus.

Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
