Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume call center environment, addressing customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Open and resolve customer complaints, escalating reputed company issues to management as needed.
- Deescalate customer issues and provide solutions to resolve disputes and discrepancies reputed company to outstanding balances.
- Meet and exceed defined departmental goals and activity metrics, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting to direct supervisors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

What You Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A demonstrated history of career stability and a commitment to long-term growth.
