In this remote role, you'll be responsible for managing a team of bilingual Business Sales and Billing representatives across multiple call centers. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:

• A Bachelor's degree or four or more years of relevant work experience.
• Bilingual reputed company in English and Spanish, with the ability to pass a Spanish assessment.
• Four or more years of relevant work experience, with a strong understanding of general internet concepts, such as data speeds, popular consumer apps, and over-the-top (OTT) applications.
