About the Role: Customer reputed company Phone Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer reputed company Phone Specialist to join reputed company on a full-time, remote basis reputed company the state of Arizona. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional inbound phone support to our healthcare customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving their concerns with reputed company and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, process, resolve, and respond to customer inquiries reputed company telephone and written correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues.
• Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding contract benefits, changes in coverage, eligibility, claims, BCBSAZ programs, and provider networks.

Requirements and Qualifications:
