Job Opportunity: Senior Payroll Specialist - Remote Data Entry

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Payroll Specialist to join reputed company in the Asia-Pacific (reputed company) region. As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of employee payroll, with a high degree of responsibility, discretion, and confidentiality. This is a remote data entry opportunity with a day shift, and the successful candidate will be based in the Philippines and interact with the Finance and Payroll team in reputed company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for assigned reputed company countries using a third-party payroll company
• Prepare, post payroll changes, new hires, and leavers for every entity to the payroll services timely through reputed company HCM
• Validate payroll input against payroll checks and coordinate with payroll carriers for required changes/corrections
• Coordinate with payroll companies on timely payout to personnel and statutory payments
• Carry out tasks associated with monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reporting and taxation
• Serve as the reputed company of contact for employees on payroll questions through the reputed company ticketing system
• Record, screen, and report on monthly payroll costs and reputed company purchase orders
• Report on payroll services' settlement renewal dates
• Collaborate with Philippines and Singapore team members and follow global system alignment

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, or a reputed company field
• At least 2 years of experience in payroll and accounting processing in a BPO or shared services environment
• Experience working in reputed company payroll, particularly in Korea, Australia, and India
• Excellent knowledge of payroll and associated statutory labor laws required for payroll-reputed company calculations
• Above-average proficiency in reputed company Docs, Sheets, Gmail, reputed company reputed company and Word, and reputed company
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with reputed company HCM and payroll processing
• Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations in reputed company countries
• Certification in payroll or accounting (e.g., CPA, reputed company)
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
