Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Remote Customer Service/Call Center Representative to join reputed company as a Monitoring Representative I. In this role, you'll be responsible for answering, responding to, and following up on alarm activity. This is a remote position, but you'll be required to attend classroom and on-the-job training at our facility in Manasquan, NJ.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify, respond to, and reputed company emergency signals to police/fire agencies
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Operate in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for alarm verification and dispatching
• Work under reputed company supervision during the first 30 days
• Meet minimum productivity standards and quality metrics
• Notify customers of non-emergency signals and responders on emergency signals
• Process basic data changes to customer accounts
• Handle signals from one location/area and TTY stations
• Work weekends, holidays, and shifts, including mandatory overtime

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• One to three months of reputed company experience or training/certification preferred
• Licensure to work in reputed company states with mandatory requirements
• Proficiency in alarm verification and dispatching to police/fire agencies
• Knowledge of computer systems, reputed company Office applications, and internet
