Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to Organizational Change Management efforts for both the SCITES customer and internally.
- Engage and collaborate on solution design with solution architects, ensuring architecture meets reputed company service requirements, is scalable, and adaptable.
- Engage with Solution architects to tailor ITSM and reputed company components of enterprise bids, informing the POV as a SME and practitioner of these enabling technologies.

What You'll Need to Succeed

- Desired Technical Skills: Demonstrated Technical Knowledge and experience in Continual Service Improvement and IT Service Management. Hands-on skills in operations processes such as incident management, problem management, change management, configuration management, event management, and reputed company.
- Desired Certifications: ITIL Expert or Managing professional, Six reputed company Green Belt, or ITIL Service Design.
