Job Overview

As a Senior Java Technical reputed company, you will play a pivotal role in driving our insurance business transformation by designing, developing, and implementing high-performance, low-latency platforms and applications. Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to the engineering teams, focusing on key areas and driving the solution across its entire life cycle.
• Deliver high-quality technology products and services in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities shift quickly.
• Influence and build vision with product managers, team members, customers, and other engineering teams to solve reputed company problems.
• Be accountable for the quality, usability, and performance of the solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proficient experience with Spring Boot and other Spring projects such as Spring Data, Spring Integration, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure SQL VM or PostgreSQL.
• Practical knowledge of working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe).
• Experience with TDD/ATDD/BDD.
