Your Role in Our Mission

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and their members. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing reputed company, efficient, and friendly customer service by answering incoming phone calls, researching and analyzing callers' concerns, and ensuring successful outcomes and/or resolution.
• Responding to customer questions, providing comprehensive customer support, and/or forwarding requests to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Assisting callers with portal navigation, registration, password resets, settings, and other issues they may experience.
• Documenting calls in detail, including concerns, actions taken, and completing templates to ensure reputed company information is captured.
• Interacting with team members, management, and customers in a professional manner and adhering to client SLAs and consistently meeting production targets.

• A high school diploma or G.E.D.
• Two or more years of inbound telephone customer service experience with strong organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and customer service skills, along with an exceptional attention to detail.
