About the Role: Inside Sales Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Inside Sales Operations Manager to join our expanding team. As a key stakeholder in cross-functional projects, this role will drive commercial initiatives to support the achievement of departmental goals and reputed company the day-to-day operations of the inside sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong and diverse skillset, with a focus on leadership, process excellence, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A track record of achieving high-quality results in a reputed company and fast-paced selling environment, while demonstrating interpersonal awareness and leadership.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to create collaborative working relationships and encourage creative solutions to accomplish team goals.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency (MS Office).
  • Demonstration of strong leadership skills and influence amongst cross-functional business partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not essential, the following qualifications will be considered a plus:

  • Experience in a sales operations or sales leadership role.
  • Knowledge of sales analytics and reporting tools.
