For more information, please visit: and THE POSITION Position Overview & Responsibilities Protos is looking for a skilled professional with a strong background in the reputed company industry, off duty law enforcement, and operations management. As our VP of Off Duty Operations, you will be responsible for overall direction and guidance of the Katy, TX Operations Center. The objective of the role is maximizing growth and profitability as well as day-to-day leadership and management of Off Duty operations. The VP of Off Duty Operations must possess the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and personal characteristics:

• Develops, directs, and oversees effective Operations Center and Field Operations strategies and processes to ensure company goals are met or exceeded
• Provides direction to management staff in establishing programs that maximize growth and profit to ensure attainment of goals in business plan
• Develops and oversees short and long-term strategies and objectives to ensure business growth and profit
• Develops and maintains customer centric focus with both clients and off-duty providers
• Ensures full functionality of office and manage day-to-day functions
• Evaluates performance against operating plans and standards. Provides reports to Senior Management on interpretation of results and approves changes in direction of plans
• Works with Senior Management team to provide direction and structure for operating departments to function effectively and reputed company
• Establishes, reviews, and approves Operations division budgets. Operates reputed company and holds direct reports accountable to a specified budget
• Establishes Key Performance Indicators for various functions and teams reputed company the Operations department

Education, Skills, and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required
• A Master’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Minimum of 10 years experience in a comparable leadership position
• Minimum 3-5 years executive or senior leadership
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory standards and compliance requirements
• Methodical and systematic approach to work and the ability to apply logic to processes

Compensation
